The room is tastefully decorated with high-end furnishings, including a box spring bed, Art Nouveau lamps from the 1910s, a Biedermeier walnut table (circa 1870s), antique mirrors, and charming wooden paneling that add to its unique atmosphere. The space is flooded with natural light and features a large wardrobe for ample storage.

The shared kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining, and the apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, providing a warm, inviting environment.

Moritz from Berlin is an award-winning Creative Director specializing in brand strategy and campaigns. With 15+ years of experience, he has led teams and shaped identities for global brands including IKEA, Coca-Cola, and adidas.

Massimo (Milan) is a postdoc researcher and entrepreneur transforming food protein waste into sustainable technologies. As co-founder of a food tech startup, he develops biodegradable packaging from agricultural byproducts and regularly travels to India for research.

All flatmates are in their late-thirties to mid-forties, creating a balanced and mature living environment where people have something to share and say.
