Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem lebendigen Quartier in der Nähe des Locherguts. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Bars befinden sich gleich um die Ecke. Die Strasse selbst ist jedoch ruhig.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon, eine eigene Waschmaschine und einen Tumbler. Sie ist saniert und in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Die Tramhaltestelle Zypressenstrasse ist nur ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Der Bahnhof Wiedikon ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch der Bahnhof Hardbrücke ist gut erreichbar.
Wir suchen eine mindestens 4-Zimmerwohnung, bis max. 3`500CHF (inkl. Nebenkosten) idealerweise ebenfalls mit Balkon. Besonders interessieren uns Zürich und Umgebung sowie Orte rund um den Zürichsee und in Richtung Zug, zum Beispiel Thalwil, Horgen, Affoltern am Albis, Birmensdorf oder Urdorf. Eine gute Zugverbindung nach Zürich oder Zug ist uns wichtig.
