1 Room, 14 m², 1. floor 

A furnished room in my flat in Buchs SG is free from 1 October. I am looking for one flatmate, ideally for the longer term, one to two years. Weekday-only is also fine if you commute and just need a base during the week.

The room
13.6 m2, fully furnished: bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, sofa bed, rug, shelf. Own window with shutters, parquet floor. Bring a suitcase and you are set.

What we share
Kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony. Washing machine in the flat, so no cellar queue and no coins.

Location
5 minutes on foot to the train and bus station. Direct connections to Sargans, Chur and Zurich, bus to Vaduz, and Feldkirch just over the border. Denner and Coop 10 minutes on foot.

Costs
CHF 900 per month, all Nebenkosten included. Deposit: one month. Sublet with my landlord's written consent, proper Untermietvertrag.

About me
I am 28 and work as a mechanical engineer in the valley. Outside work I am into the mountains and outdoor sports, reading and learning things, and seeing friends. Easy-going, tidy and quiet at home.

Who I am looking for
Someone responsible, tidy and respectful. Beyond that I am relaxed. We do not have to live in each other's pockets, but a good atmosphere in the flat matters to me.
