Schöne möblierte 2.5-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Untermiete
Ab Dezember werde ich für sechs Monate im Ausland sein und möchte deshalb meine Wohnung im Gundeli möbliert untervermieten.
Da mir meine Wohnung sehr am Herzen liegt, wünsche ich mir eine zuverlässige Person, die sich hier für diese Zeit wirklich zuhause fühlt und sorgfältig mit der Wohnung umgeht.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Einziehen und Wohlfühlen braucht. Sie hat einen Balkon, eine eigene Waschmaschine und einen Tumbler sowie ein eigenes Kellerabteil. Die nächste ÖV-Haltestelle ist nur ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt.
Ein paar meiner Pflanzen werden ebenfalls in der Wohnung bleiben. Wenn du Pflanzen magst und gerne auf sie schaust, ist das für mich definitiv ein riesiger Pluspunkt. ????
