Suche Nachmieter in Bauernhof Dachwohnung 4 Zi und Galerie
Einer der schönste Orte in Langenthal zu wohnen: auf dem Neuhof, traumhafte Aussicht, Ruhe, Wald und Wiese: per 1.11.26 eine grosszügige tolle 4-Zimmer Dachwohnung mit Galerie, (gute Aussenstore um Hitze und Kälte Einstrahlung zu minimieren) 96m2, Autounterstand und Gartenanteil. Können übernommen werden. (Aktuell meine Miete: 1533 Plus NK 230/ Autounterstand 50) zwar kein Balkon, aber viel wertvollere Sitzplätze zu genüge: Gartensitzplatz, Grillplatz, Pergola. Der Balkon fehlte uns nie. Ideal mit Haustieren (bevorzugt Katzen, da schon 3 liebenswürdige und tolerante hier leben und montierte Katzentüre, könnte übernommen werden) Wir verlassen es nur, weil wir uns vergrössern und ein ähnliches Traumzuhause gefunden haben. Bei Interesse auf 1.11.26 gerne Besichtigung
