Unsere Wohnung gilt als 3.5-Zimmerwohnung, es sind aber tatsächlich 4 Zimmer, ein Zimmer hat kein Fenster deshalb gilt die Wohnung als 3.5-Zimmerwohung und darf von mind. 2 Personen bewohnt werden.
Die Wohnung hat eine Fläche von 100m2, ist sehr hell, leicht renoviert und ein geschichtsträchtiger Altbau. Man kann einen wunderschönen Gemeinschaftsgarten im ruhigen Innenhof mitbenutzen. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein riesiges Bad, mit Badewanne, eigene Waschmaschine (kann übernommen werden), einen neuen Hightech-Pelletofen (keine Zentralheizung), wunderschöne Böden und viel Charme, dafür über keinen Geschirrspüler und keinen privaten Aussenraum. Die Wohnung ist mitten im Niederdorf, dementsprechend kann es auch mal etwas lauter werden, das Schlafzimmer liegt allerdings im ruhigen Innenhof.
Da unsere Wohnung der Stadt gehört dürfen alle im Haushalt lebenden erwachsenen Personen bei Einzug über ein steuerbares Einkommen von max. CHF 66'528.- im Jahr verfügen, die Mindestbelegung ist 2 Personen.
