The available room is approx. 15.4 m² and has direct access to a private bathroom with shower, toilet and window. The kitchen, living/dining area, washing tower, cellar storage and covered outdoor seating area are shared.
Rümlang train station and various shopping options are approx. 15–20 minutes away on foot.
I am 32 and looking for a reliable, respectful and easy-going person for a pleasant shared living arrangement.
Move-in: expected from the end of November 2026, exact date by arrangement.
Rent: CHF 1,475/month
Optional underground parking space: CHF 175/month
Subject to approval by the property management, the new tenant is intended to be added to the lease as an equal co-tenant.
