Hey! Wir bieten unsere gemütliche 3,5-Zimmer-Wohnung gleich beim Letzipark (Kreis 9) in Zürich zum Tausch an. Die Wohnung hat eine Größe von 75 m² und ist ideal für jemanden, der eine zentrale Lage schätzt. Die Miete beträgt monatlich CHF 2’300 inkl. Nebenkosten. Tram 2 und Bus 31 sowie die Schule Kappeli sind praktisch vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung hat ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, ein Reduit und einen sehr grossen Balkon. Die Nachbarn sind ruhig und freundlich. Wäsche waschen kann man unkompliziert. Das Gebäude ist zudem barrierefrei und hat eine Garage. Nebst der Wohnung mieten wir einen TG-PP für 150.- und einen Motorrad-PP für 50.-. Uns gefällt es hier gut, wir wollen nur wechseln, damit wir mehr Platz haben.
Zum Tauschen suchen wir eine größere Wohnung in Zürich an zentraler Lage mit mind. 4 Zimmern und einer Fläche von max. 120 m². Balkon, zwei Nasszellen, ein Garagenplatz und angenehme Nachbarn sind uns wichtig. Die maximale Miete sollte CHF 3’500 nicht überschreiten.
