The apartment is approximately 70 m² and exceptionally bright and sunny. Thanks to its east, south, and west-facing orientation, it gets sunlight practically throughout the entire day.
The location is very central: only around a 10-minute walk from Zurich HB and just 2 minutes on foot from the Limmat. Tram lines 4 and 15 are also nearby.
Lidl, ACTIV FITNESS, and Indigo Fitness are all within approximately a 10-minute walk.
I would like to move to a smaller apartment in Zurich city center, ideally with a terrace or balcony. Maximum rent: CHF 2,100 per month.
