Für meine gemütliche 2,5-Zimmer-Duplex-Wohnung in Novaggio suche ich per 1. Oktober oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Nachmieter/in.
Die charmante Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und verfügt über:
• ein grosses Schlafzimmer
• ein Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und gemütlichem Kamin
• ein kleines Badezimmer mit Fenster und Sitzbadewanne
Der untere Stock wird mit dem Kamin beheizt. Im oberen Stock sorgen neue Elektroöfen (2025) für angenehme Wärme. Zur Mitbenutzung stehen ein Keller sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner im Haus zur Verfügung.
