The apartment is available for both short-term and long-term stays. Short-term rentals can be arranged on a weekly or monthly basis.
For stays of at least 6 months up to 1 year, the apartment can also be rented unfurnished upon request.
This flexible rental option is available until the middle of October 2026.
From November 2026, the minimum rental period is fixed until the end of May 2027 or also for one year or longer.
