I’m offering a modern 2.5-room apartment with a spacious balcony in Zurich’s District 4 for an apartment swap. The apartment is 60 m² and the rent is CHF 1,950 per month (including utilities).
I am looking for a modern 2.5-room apartment in Zurich, preferably close to the lake (Enge, Wollishofen, or Seefeld), with at least 60 m² of living space. A maximum rent of CHF 2,900 per month would be ideal.
