Durch die Lage direkt am Escher-Wyss Platz ist man Mitten im Leben, überall hin sehr gut angebunden und sofort an der Limmat. Die Nachbarn sind super, die Hausverwaltung hilfsbereit. Tiefgarage kann dazu gemietet werden (190CHF). Haustiere sind erlaubt, Lift ist vorhanden, genauso wie ein Kellerabteil und geteilte Waschküche (kein Plan, man kommt gut aneinander vorbei). Ideal für Paare oder Einzelperson.
Wir suchen:
- 3+ Zimmer für uns und unseren Hund
- gerne etwas ruhigere Lage
- Bevorzugt Wollishofen, Enge, Industriequartier, Wipkingen, Fluntern, Seefeld
- Kaltmiete max. 2700
