[Tauschwohnung] 3.5 Zimmer renovierter Altbau am Idaplatz
Seit knapp 10 Jahren leben wir in dieser Traumwohnung die 1 Jahr vor unserem Einzug renoviert wurde. Das Bad und die Küche mit Geschirrspüler sind neu und immer noch top gepflegt. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon zur Ämtlerstrasse raus.
Und das ist eigentlich auch das einzige was uns fehlt und die Taschwohnung haben sollte: einen grösseren Balkon. Dafür sind wir bereit auch bisschen kleiner zu gehen. Den Altbau würden wir und aber weiterhin wünschen.
