Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen und gepflegten Quartier in Albisrieden mit hervorragender Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Naherholungsgebiete sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist grün und familienfreundlich.
Einzug / Weitergabe:
Ein Einzug wäre ab Anfang 2026 möglich – nach Absprache. Wir sind offen für einen Wohnungswechsel, bevorzugt in eine grössere Wohnung im Raum Zürich.
