Wir lösen unsere WG am Wipkingerplatz auf, und ich suche eine zentrale 2-2.5 Zimmer Wohnung. Unsere knapp 100-m2 Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder (eines mit Badewanne, eines mit Dusche), einen sehr grossen Wohn-Ess-Bereich und einen Balkon. Die Wohnung öffnet sich gegen Osten auf einen Innenhof mit mit vielen Bäumen: Im Sommer viel Grün, sehr toller Sichtschutz und die Wohnung heizt sich im Sommer nicht auf. Dafür braucht’s vielleicht 1-2 Lampen mehr ;)
