Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse des Goldbrunnenplatzes mit guter ÖV-Anbindung gelegen. Wir sind ausschliesslich an einem gleichwertigen Tausch interessiert, d.h. deine Wohnung sollte bei gleich zentraler Lage max. CHF 500 mehr Kosten als unsere. Bei peripherer Lage sollte sich deine Wohnung ungefähr in unserem derzeitigen Preisrahmen bewegen.
