From July 10 to October 27, we are renting out our cozy furnished 3-room apartment in the quiet Iselin quarter for 2100.-/month.
The 80m² apartment with large rooms (17-20m²) is located on the 2nd floor and has a renovated bathroom (2019) and a modern kitchen (11m²) with a large refrigerator & freezer compartments, dishwasher and washer-dryer combination appliance. In addition, the apartment has a spacious balcony over the entire width (12m²) with a view of the backyard. Work is currently being carried out on the facade - the scaffolding will soon be removed.
There are various shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity, such as Migros, Coop, Aldi and Denner and two beautiful parks. Streetcar and bus stops to the train station and the city center are within a radius of approx. 5 minutes.

There is a bicycle shelter and public parking spaces in front of the house.

The house is designed for quiet and well-kept living, the apartment is ideal for a single or couple household.
