Wir bewohnen das Haus insgesamt zu viert plus Katze. Die Villa hat circa 350 qm über 3 Stockwerke verteilt. Der erste Stock wird gemeinsam benutzt (Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche). Jede Etage hat ein WC, es gibt ein grosses Badezimmer. Der Garten hat mehrere schnuckelige Sitzplätze und einen Teich. Waschküche inklusive Tumbler vorhanden. Das Haus isst vegetarisch. Das Haus befindet sich 150 Meter von der Seilbahn Rigiblick, Haltestelle Germaniastrasse entfernt.
Wir sind zwischen 30 und 45 Jahre alt, voll berufstätig, viel am Sport treiben, fleissig am meditieren und Yoga praktizieren und normalerweise sehr viel am Reisen.
