Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner (m/f) für unsere Dachgeschosswohnung mit Terrasse in Wiedikon ab August (nach Absprache auch früher möglich). Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Beide berufstätig, sportbegeistert und freuen sich auf gelegentliche gemeinsame Unternehmungen (kein Muss ;)). Mehr Infos:
Dein Zimmer: in eigenem Stockwerk (Dachgeschoss) mit eigenem Bad und WC, 25m2 mit Dachschräge und Zugang zur Dachterrasse, Übernahme von manchen Möbeln wäre erwünscht
Die Wohnung: 4.5 Zimmer, Altbau, 2 Bäder, 3 WCs, Wohn/Küche, WLAN und Putzfrau, grosses Kellerabteil, Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, grosse Dachterrasse mit 360Grad Blick auf Zürich
Die WG: Edith (35), Tierärztin und Gerald (31) Finance, beide aus Österreich, natur-und sportbegeistert (von Skifahren über Wandern zu Klettern), easy going und beide in 100% Arbeitsverhältnisse sowie auch viel unterwegs
Die Lage: 3min jeweils Bahnhof Giesshübl und Binz, 7min zu Bahnhof Wiedikon und von dort in 20min zum Flughafen, 5min zur Sihlcity, Coop direkt vor der Tür wie auch Bus 72 und 76, Parkplatzmiete in Garage möglich - für Sport direkt von der Wohnung bietet sich der Uetliberg oder die Sihl an

We are looking for a new roommate for our rooftop flat with a terrace in Wiedikon as of August (earlier for discussion). Your prospective roomates are both working, sport-enthusiasts and are looking forward to joint activities from time to time (no must ;)). More:
Your room: in a separate floor (roof top) with own bathroom, 25m2 with access to the terrace, selected furniture available for takeover
The flat: 4.5 rooms, 3 bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms, and one powder room; livingroom/kitchen combo, WIFI and cleaning service, large cellar, washing machine in the flat and large terrace with 360deg view on Zurich.
Roomates: Edith (35), Veterinary and Gerald (31) Finance, both from Austria, nature- and sportsenthusiasts (from hiking, skiing to climbing), easy going and both working 100%
Location: 3min from train station Giesshübl and Binz, 7min to trainstation Wiedikon and from there 20min to the airport, 5min to Sihlcity, Coop in the same building as well as Bus 72 and 76 right in front, parking available for rent in a garage - for sports directly from the flat Uetliberg and the Sihl are just around the corner
