Die charmante kleine Ferienwohnung bietet auf ihren 27m2 ein geräumiges Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Ausserdem ist ein Sitzbereich mit Tisch und eine komplett eingerichtete Küche vorhanden. Natürlich ist diese Ferienwohnung auch mit einem Badezimmer ausgestattet.

In der Ferienwohnung gibt es freien Wi-Fi Zugang und auch einenFernseher. Zu Ihrer freien Verfügung sind Waschmaschinen im Untergeschoss vorhanden. Im Preis inbegriffen sind zudem Bettwäsche sowie Hand- und Badetücher und die Endreinigung (Aufenthalte bis 30 Tage).

Für Buchungen länger als 30 Tage, ist eine Kaution von CHF 1000.00 fällig. Die Endreinigungsgebühr beträgt CHF 200.00. Die Serafe Radio- und Fernsehabgabe ist nicht im Mietpreis inbegriffen und muss vom Mieter bezahlt werden.

Die Ferienwohnung glänzt durch eine hervorragende Lage im neueren Stadtteil von Zürich. Von der Wohnung können sowohl der See als auch das Stadt Zentrum von Zürich mit der Bahnhofstrasse, dem Bahnhof und dem Bellevue in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Auch der Flughafen ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut und schnell erreichbar. In der Umgebung finden Sie diverse Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zudem wohnen Sie direkt gegenüber des Bäckeranlage Parks - hier können Sie gemütlich spazieren und die Natur geniessen.

The charming little holiday apartment offers on its 27m2 a spacious room with double bed. There is also a sitting area with table and a fully equipped kitchen. Of course this apartment is also equipped with a bathroom.

In the apartment there is free Wi-Fi access and also a TV. Washing machines are available in the basement. The price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning (stays up to 30 days).

The final cleaning for stays longer than 30 days is CHF 200.00 and we require a deposit of CHF 1'000.00 for monthly stays. The Serafe radio and television fee is not included in the rental price and must be paid by the tenant.

The holiday apartment shines through an excellent location in the newer part of Zurich. From the apartment you can reach both the lake and the city centre of Zurich with the Bahnhofstrasse, the train station and the Bellevue in a few minutes. The airport is also easily and quickly accessible by public transport. In the surroundings you will find various restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. In addition, you live directly opposite the Bäckeranlage park - here you can take a leisurely walk and enjoy nature.
