Das kleine Rustico bietet allen Komfor und befindet sich nahe zu den umliegenden Dörfern.
Es ist einen Steinwurf von Italien entfernt. Wandern, Bicken und diverse andere Freizeitmöglichkeiten
sind direkt von dem Rustico aus realisierbar.
Das Häuschen ist auf 2 Stockwerke verteilt. Im Parterre ist die Wohnküche und das Bad mit Dusche/WC
sowie ein Balkon. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Hochparterre und ist über eine Aussentreppe erreichbar.
Auf die hintere Seite des Hauses ist auf diesem Stock noch ein kleiner Balkon mit einem aussen-WC (Privatsfphäre garantiert!). Unser Rustico wurde in den letzten Jahren laufend renoviert. Für grosse Menschen (ab ca. 1.90) könnte das Häuschen etwas niedrig sein.
Das Rustico steht in einer Waldlichtung. Zufahrt ist bis vor das Haus möglich.
