Das Mehrfamilienhaus an der Bärenmatt 8 in Biel befindet sich an zentraler Lage. Die charmante Liegenschaft beinhaltet 10 Wohnungen und wurde vor kurzem komplett Saniert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zusätzlich ist die Busstation in maximal fünf Gehminuten erreichbar.
Die Wohnung
Unsere 3.5-Zimmerwohnung im 2. Stock ist modern und wurde vor kurzem komplettsaniert. Beim Eingangsbereich findet man einen eigenen Waschturm und anschliessend ein Wohnzimmer, die Küche sowie ein WC. Die Zimmer sind perfekt für ein Paar gestalten.
Die Küche beinhaltet alles was das Herz begehrt (Geschirrspüler, grosser Kühlschrank, Granitabdeckung etc.)
Ein kleines Kellerabteil ist im Mietpreis inbegriffen.
Die Parkplatzmöglichkeit
Leider haben wir keinen freien Parkplätze mehr zur Verfügung.

L'immeuble
L'immeuble à la Bärenmatt 8 à Bienne se trouve dans un endroit central. Le charmant immeuble comprend 10 appartements et a été entièrement rénové récemment. Les commerces se trouvent à proximité immédiate. De plus, la station de bus est accessible en cinq minutes à pied maximum.
L'appartement
Notre appartement de 3,5 pièces au deuxième étage est moderne et a été rénové totalement dernièrement. À l'entrée, il y a une colonne de lavage et ensuite un salon, une cuisine et un WC. Les chambres sont parfaites pour un couple.
La cuisine contient tout ce que l'on peut désirer (lave-vaisselle, grand frigo, couvercle en granit, etc.).
Une petite cave est incluse dans le loyer.
La possibilité place de parc
Malheureusement, nous n'avons plus de places de parc disponibles.
