Die ganze Wohnung kann mitbenutzt und gerne auch mitgestaltet werden. Küche und Bad wurden vor Kurzem renoviert, WLAN ist gratis dabei und ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist im Moment noch eher provisorisch mit dem Nötigsten eingerichtet. Dadurch gibt es viel Spielraum, gemeinsam noch etwas richtig Cooles daraus zu machen.
Die Aussicht ist wirklich stark. Man sieht über den ganzen Zürichsee und besonders am Abend, wenn die Sonne reinkommt, hat die Wohnung einen richtig schönen Vibe.
Optimal wäre jemand Junges und Unkompliziertes, so wie wir auch. Student, Studentin, Wochenaufenthalter oder auch eine alleinerziehende Person würde gut passen. Wichtig ist einfach, dass es menschlich stimmt, man respektvoll miteinander umgeht und das Zusammenleben locker und angenehm bleibt.
