Wohnung: Die Wohnung mit Seeblick ist ca. 60 m² gross. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer (11.3 m² und 13.5 m²), ein Wohnzimmer mit 14 m² sowie eine 7.5 m² grosse Küche. Zusätzlich verfügt die Wohnung über einen grosszügigen Eingangsbereich, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und eine separate Toilette. Es gibt zwei gemeinschaftliche Gärten, einen vor und einen hinter dem Haus. Vom Dach hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf den See und die Berge. Ein Estrichabteil steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
Mietkosten: Die Miete beträgt 2400 CHF pro Monat (inkl. Wasser und Heizung). Die Mietkaution beträgt drei Monatsmieten.
Mieter: Wir suchen eine zuverlässige, rücksichtsvolle und ordentliche Person, die unsere schöne Wohnung übernehmen möchte.
