Wir suchen eine Dauer-Untermieter/in für eine sehr schöne, helle 2- Zimmerwohnung an ruhiger Lage, nähe Spital. Die Wohnung ist zu Fuss vom Hauptbahnhof Solothurn zu erreichen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind als Praxis zu nutzen und bereits komplett möbliert ausgestattet. (Grosser Büroraum, separater Therapieraum). Geeignet wäre eine Untermieterin, welche manuelle Therapien anbietet (Massagen, Physiotherapie), kann aber auch nur als Büro für Beratungen / Coaching ect. genutzt werden. Eigene Küche, WC/Bad vorhanden.
Die Räume können jeweils nur an 2-3 Tagen pro Woche untervermietet werden. Die genauen Tage sind teils noch verhandelbar. Miete für einen Tag die Woche beträgt pro Monat CHF 200.
