Die Wohnung bietet circa 40m², 2.5 Zimmer, ein Kellerabteil und die Möglichkeit auf einen Parkplatz in der Garage oder auf Aussenparkplätze, welche für 110 oder 50Fr. dazugemietet werden können. Zur Wohnung gehört auch noch eine schöne, sonnige Terasse.
Im Keller hat es ebenfalls einen sehr geräumigen, gemeinsamen Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern.
Zur Lage: Zuben ist ein kleines Dorf in Langrickenbach und ist daher ruhig gelegen. Dennoch ist man in 10 Minuten in Kreuzlingen oder auf der Autobahn oder nach 15 Minuten bis Konstanz. Ein Postauto haltet auch direkt an der Hauptstrasse 2 Minuten zu Fuss.
Eine öffentliche Grillstelle ist auch gleich in der Nähe, nur 5 Minuten Hang-aufwärts mit Seeblick.
Wir suchen Nachmieter circa auf Dezember - eine Besichtigung ist selbstverständlich nach Absprache möglich. Bei Fragen ungeniert nachfragen! Bei Interesse können einige Möbel übernommen werden.
