I moved my daughter from Swisscom to Orange because of their SMS offer ... BIG MISTAKE! Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Their "insurance" against theft and loss is a joke: I gave up after more than 5 hours spent between the police, calls to Orange and the insurance, filling multiple forms with the same information ... more than the value of the lost/stolen phone. Very efficient system to make you drop the case. Last point: clearly lower network coverage. CONCLUSION: Stay with Swisscom even if slightly more expensive (I do not own Swisscom shares!)

Is not a matter of swisscom or not, it is a problem with ORANGE. their hotline is useless, if you have a prepaid they literally steal at lest 10CHF a month from your prepaid (checked and monitored for three months in a raw). Once discovered they admit and blindly say, write a report without even providing you with a person or office responsible to solve the situations. I own a coopmobile card and that makes it even worse. they do not even know the offers their VNO are launching on their network. ORANGE is the disaster and i can compare since i also have a sunrise and a swisscom
