I just got a letter from Sunrise stating that: they are changing my contract to an annual subscription (for my convenience) and that they reserve the right to set prices where they want and that they are only responsible for the service that they control, which is unspecified and that they can change the terms of the service and even disconnect me as they feel necessary, but that I will still owe the remainder of the annual contract. I need an ISP that is not more scared of competition than Swisscom. Any recommendations?

Hello I'm afraid I don't fully understand your question. If you could be more precise, I will try to answer it. By the way, in Switzerland, all offers are based on Swisscom's ADSL offer, because the lines haven't been unbundled, contrary to other countries. Kind regards Ralf Beyeler comparis.ch
