- Withdrawal possibility: up to CHF 20,000 monthly, for higher amounts 3 months termination period, 1% commission if withdrawal limit is exceeded
- Statement of account: quarterly, free of charge
- Closing of the account: quarterly, free of charge
- Electronic payment order (in Switzerland): free of charge
- Other payment order (in Switzerland): CHF 3.00
- Electronic payment order (abroad): CHF 3.00
- Payment order in another form (abroad): CHF 10.00
- Arrange permanent order: free; CHF 3.00 for payments abroad
- Execute permanent order: free; CHF 3.00 for payments abroad
- Payment by direct debit (LSV): in CHF free of charge
- Cash withdrawal at ATM of own bank: free of charge
- Cash withdrawal at cash machine of another bank: CHF 2.00 (for ATMs that don't belong to Kantonalbank)

- Credit card: CHF 100.00 (standard), CHF 170.00 (gold)

- 1.125% for up to CHF 100,000 0,625% above CHF 100'000.00
