According to federal regulations for consumer credit, the information centre for consumer credit must record the following information for each leasing contract:
- Lease holder's first and last name and address
- Lease holder's date of birth
- Type of credit: Lease
- Contract implementation and expiry dates
- Number of installments
- Extent of lease
- In case of delayed payment, notification including date and amount will also be recorded.
