Insurance

Leases must be protected by comprehensive insurance. Leaseholders' claims on the fully comprehensive insurance will be transferred to the leasing company in case of total loss. This means: In cases of total loss, where compensation is paid, the leaser instead of the lease holder will receive compensation. The lease holder must therefore sign a cession, in which he agrees to transfer these claims to the leaser.
