According to federal regulations for consumer credit, the information centre for consumer credit must record the following information for each leasing contract: Lease holder's first and last name and address Lease holder's date of birth Type of credit: Lease Contract implementation and expiry dates Number of installments Extent of lease In case of delayed payment, notification including date and amount will also be recorded.
