Credit cards hit parade


 

In autumn 2008, the market research institution Demoscope made over 850 interviews for comparis.ch on satisfaction with credit card providers. Criteria concerning satisfaction on the procedure of the credit card application, on the spending limit, on fees and costs, the comprehensibility and clarity of clearance, the payment conditions, the help in case of loss or other problems as well as the required auxiliary services were rated.

In order to achieve maximal exactness, the single marks of every interviewee are directly added together. The end mark of the insurance therefore corresponds to the average of all total marks of the single interviewees and not the average of the single marks.
