Check travel insurance or other insurance solutions with worldwide or Europe-wide coverage in your country of residence (or in the country of residence of your guest).
In addition, some insurers offer so-called guest insurance (e.g. Guest Care by Sanitas). Or ask your health insurance provider if they offer such coverage.
