Check travel insurances or insurance solutions with worldwide or Europe-wide coverage in your country of residence (or in the country of residence of your guest). In addition, so-called guest insurances are offered (e.g. Guest Care by Sanitas). Or ask your health insurance if they offer a guest insurance.
