In an annual survey, Comparis determines the customer satisfaction of the health insurances. Among other things, the users are requested to assess their experiences with their own health insurance companies. The survey took following criteria into consideration: - the competence and the work commitment of the health insurance company staff - the accounting - the comprehensibility of customer information The rating complies with the marks of the Swiss school system: 5.5 - 6.0 = very good, 5.0 - 5.4 = good, 4.5 - 4.9 = satisfactory, 4.0 - 4.4 sufficient, under 4 = insufficient. In order to achieve maximum accuracy, the single rating marks of each customer are directly added together to get a total rating. The final rating therefore is the average of all total ratings of the single interviewees and not the average of all single rating marks. Consumer satisfaction survey 2008
