I would like to buy some Health Insurance straight away without waiting for the Postman...is this possible ? and where in Zurich can I do this ?

Hello, We like to inform you that is also possible to request an offer via e-mail or to go directy to a customer branch of the desired health insurance. Anyway when you are new in switzerland you are covered retroactively until the day you arrived. Kind regards, comparis.ch

Thanks for your reply. I found this link with addresses http://www.stadt-zuerich.ch/content/dam/stzh/gud/Deutsch/Gesundheit/Krankenversicherung%20und%20Beitraege/Merkblaetter%20und%20Formulare/Praemien_2011.pdf and I checked out 'Widdergasse 1' but 'of course' they are closed on Fridays....have a lovely weekend ;-)
