Hi, I am currently living in Geneva, switzerland. I have change my health insurance to Assura start Jan this year by looking at comparis website. But Assura still didnt send me any insurance card and also the insurance policy . They just send me the orange pay slip to ask me to pay for first 3 month. Should i pay for that? Can i still terminate the contract with them, i really not sastify with their service. Please give me advice. Thanks,

Hello, We think the best would be to contact directly the Assura insurance and ask them how things are. It will probably not be possible to terminate the contract before the end of the year. Kind regards, comparis.ch

I think it would be fine to contact Assura directly to get a direct answer and not asking on a commercial site. I'm with another isurance company and didn't get the insurance card as well. When I asked my company they told me, that all companies must issue new cards for all the insured people in Switzerland and that they are printing at the moment and I will get it in the next few weeks.
