The NAB Immo-Index shows the price development of one-family houses and privately owned homes in the canton of Aargau since 1998. The numbers are not based on the ad numbers but on the actually obtained selling prices. (comment on the prices in 2008: despite the financial crisis, the property prices in the canton of Aargau stayed stable in the 2nd term of 2008. Year-on-year, even a small increase can be noticed.)
