  • What's the comparison rent?

    According to the Swiss school marking system, the Comparis rating evaluates the price-related attractiveness of the offer compared to the average target price. If the selling or rental price complies with the target price, the advertisement will receive the the mark of 4.5 (satisfactory). The cheaper an offer, the better the Comparis rating.

    Mark 5.5 - 6.0: very good (the object is comparatively very cheap)
    Mark 5.0 - 5.4: good (the object is comparatively rather cheap)
    Mark 4.5 - 4.9: satisfactory (the object is of an average price)
    Mark 4.0 - 4.4: sufficient (the object is comparatively rather expensive)
    Mark 1.0 - 3.9: insufficient (the object is comparatively very expensive)
