Once a year, comparis.ch interrogates users about their satisfaction with their mortgage provider. In February 2013, roughly 3,800 persons rated competence and commitment of employees, overall handling, interest conditions and fees/charges offered, comprehensibility of the mortgage information and the suggested solution to their financial situation.
