The Mortgage Market is a new way of bringing customer and provider together. It is directed at customers who wish to change an existing mortgage, i.e. wish to change to a provider with better conditions, but also at new buyers.
Visitors to the comparis.ch website who are interested in a mortgage, place an request on the Market. Banks and insurance companies can inspect these requests in detail, but do not know who the potential customers are.
Providers assess the request on account of the details provided and make individual offers.
As soon as offers for the request come in, the interested customer is informed by comparis.ch by e-mail and can then compare the offers online.
If an offer is of interest, he or she can then either contact the relevant provider directly or request to be contacted.
