Hitparade of private liability and household insurances


 

Once a year, comparis.ch asks the users about their satisfaction with their private liability and household insurance. In April 2011, about 2.800 people rated the competence of the insurance employees, the availability by phone of the insurance, the comprehensibility of the customer information, the promptness and obligingness when damages are reported as well as the premium rate.

In order to achieve maximal exactness, the single marks of every interviewee are directly added together. The end mark of the provider therefore corresponds to the average of all total marks of the single interviewees and not the average of the single marks.
