Once a year, comparis.ch asks the users about their satisfaction with their private liability and household insurance. In May 2012, about 2.400 people rated the competence of the insurance employees, the availability by phone of the insurance, the comprehensibility of the customer information, the promptness and obligingness when damages are reported as well as the premium rate.
