From intern to project manager within four months
After studies in business administration: a start at comparis.ch as an intern in the Business Development department. First task: market research for the introduction of a new product. In the realisation phase, the intern is strongly involved in project planning and team coordination.
As the intern shows high motivation and willingness to perform, already four months later a permanent position as product manager will follow. This allows the former intern to - step by step - gain security in the optimisation of the application, the planning of projects as well as the coordination of a team.
