Terms of use for the forum on www.comparis.ch

  1. Under the section "Forum" on the homepage www.comparis.ch, comparis.ch operates several discussion forums. comparis.ch allows users to participate in discussions on certain topics that correspond to the content of the topics of the according forum by submitting contributions on the website.
  2. Submitting a message to one the discussion forums is defined as use. Using the Internet forum requires that the user accepts the term of use of comparis.ch. By using the forum, the user accepts the terms of use of comparis.ch and commits himself/herself to adhere to these terms.
  3. The user is given the opportunity to participate in the Internet forums free of charge. The user agrees explicitly with the publication and distribution of his or her contribution.
  4. comparis.ch is not obliged to publish a contribution. comparis.ch may also remove, repectively not activate a contribution from the Internet without giving reasons.
  5. The user commits himself/herself not to violate Swiss laws. In particular, the user commits himself/herself not to submit any contents that are insulting, defamatory, libellous, racist, violence-glorifying, abusive, harassing, pornographic or obscene to the Internet forums of comparis.ch.
  6. comparis.ch reserves the right to block, to remove, repectively not to activate contributions with contents violating number 5.
