For expats company does not provide information in English. However, usually someone who speaks english will go through information with you and translate, very helpful. More
There's not much I can say about the company, because I haven't had any accidents and there were not many reasons to contact the company for. Therefore from my little experience I can only say that the employees are very friendly and helpful. More
When I left Switzerland and quit my car insurance, they reimbursed the remainder of the policy in a timely fashion. Generally, quite happy with them and would insure again. More

I have been very happy with the professional service I have received from Avanex which is a 200% improvement on my previos insurer(SAN24)who's main forte was issuing bogus invoices coupled with a great inability to listen to what their customer says. More

KPT's service has become worse and worse from 2010 to 2012 - so bad that our family is changing policy to SWICA to get away from them. It has no English correspondence. It can be hard to talk with an English-speaking employee over the phone, and when you do they try to get rid of you as soon as possible. They do answer your questions, but they clearly show they're not happy with talking in English. More
