This is the application the borrower must hand in to the credit provider stating amount of credit, duration, and all other necessary information concerning evaluation of creditworthiness.
Applications must usually be accompanied by:
- a statement of current salary
- a copy of Swiss ID or passport
- attestation of residence
- Passport or residence permit (for foreigners)
- original excerpt from the debt register
- if existent, final settlement of debts to be settled.
