Once a year, comparis.ch asks the users about their satisfaction with their car insurance company. In April 2008 over 3.000 people rated the competence of the insurance employees, the availability of the insurance by phone, the comprehensibility of the customer information, the promptness and obligingness when damages are reported as well as the hight of premiums.

  Rating scale: 5.5-6 = very good, 5-5.4 = good, 4.5-4.9 = satisfactory, 4-4.4 = sufficient, below 4 = insufficient
In order to achieve maximal exactness, the single marks of every interviewee are directly added together. The end mark of the insurance therefore corresponds to the average of all total marks of the single interviewees and not the average of the single marks.
