Once a year, comparis.ch asks the users about their satisfaction with their car insurance company. In April 2009 over 2.000 people rated the competence of the insurance employees, the availability of the insurance by phone, the comprehensibility of the customer information, the promptness and obligingness when damages are reported as well as the hight of premiums.
