The current value is the value of a motor vehicle at a particular point in time. It is significant for the appointment of replacement of an insured
total loss. It is calculated upon the point in time immediately before the loss event.
At the definition of the current value, the operating period, mileage, marketability and condition of the vehicle are taken into consideration.
