Glass damages are covered in partial cover insurance. They include breakage of

front screens,
- side windows,
- rear windows,
- roof windows,
- as well as with some insurance companies - and sometimes for an additional premium - damages to headlights and small parts such as blinkers made of glass or materials serving as a glass substitute.
Tip:Some companies require a retention of CHF 200.- for the replacement of windows. This falls away if the windows are repaired instead of replaced.
